Roll-on Hot Stamp Decorating of Extruded Plastics
The R3EX provides unmatched precision in the hot stamp decoration at an adjustable rate of up to 70 feet per minute. A full 360° of adjustment allows the decorating roller to be positioned on any axis needed to match the extruded profile. At the same time, our new CNC machine for digital profiling of contoured rollers allows for unprecedented precision in contour matching. Various extrusion shapes are accommodated as the system operates effectively on flat, contoured and complex extrusion profiles.
