Tooling Department
Highly repeatable product decoration starts with the holding fixtures. United Silicone´s incredibly talented fixtures team (with a combined 218 years of experience) have built our reputation as the market leader in high-precision holding fixtures. We work with 3D software to efficiently design and create consistent molds, machine engraved dies, and reliable nesting fixtures for decorating and heat seal applications.
Artwork/Customer Service
Experts in our art studio have an average of over 25 years experience creating artwork for hundreds of applications. Whether you have just a concept or completed artwork, our team will work closely with you to turn your vision into hot stamp reality.
Armed with the very latest in design software and technology, we translate your artwork into high performing silicone and metal hot stamping dies. Our art development services include concept consulting, art modification, functional design, film development and full proofs.
Die Department
United Silicone has the largest die capacity in the market. In addition to standard dies, we are a market-leader in the creation custom die solutions.
Our unique-in-the-market tool-less Magnetic Quick-Change Die Mounting System generates significant time and cost savings while our texture application capabilities eliminate voids caused by air entrapment. Our Die Team regularly produce high performance dies with superior efficiency.
Roller Department
New rollers or recoats for existing cores, our Silicone Rubber Roller Team carefully engineers and crafts rollers for optimal performance in each unique application. We offer the largest range of sizes and durometers in the market. Our rollers provide market-leading silicone-to-metal bond and thermal conductivity.
Our new advanced CNC system allows us to digitally profile contoured roller applications. The resulting unprecedented precision ensures superior repeatability
Additionally we surface grind each roller to ensure precise OD and TIR measurements as well as a smooth surface finish.
Sheet Department
United Silicone provides a market-leading range of sheet sizes and options for a range of heat tolerances, tensile strengths, hardness requirements and other key performance elements. Our sheet formulations have been designed for superior thermal properties and compression resistance.
