Digital Graphics Apps.

United Silicone's heat transfer equipment is compatible with digitally printed transfer graphics.  Multitudes of decorating possibilities are achievable with this technology.  Some key advantages of digitally printed transfer graphics include:

Impact HT™ Optical Media Disc Decorating Machine

The IMPACT HT™, designed and manufactured at United Silicone, uses a heated Silicone Rubber Roller to apply digital heat transfer decals onto Optical Media Discs (CD's & DVD's).

Rotogravure Label Apps.

Rotogravure Label Application is a process by which reverse printed labels are transferred off a special wax release liner onto a part using heat and pressure.  High speed applications can be achieved on various part sizes and dimensions including oval, round and pails.  United Silicone manufactures various machines that utilize the rotogravure label technology.

The Impulse-HT™ High Speed Heat Transfer System 

United Silicone's new high-speed heat transfer application system - The IMPULSE-HT -applies multi-color graphics to blow molded containers at rates up to 300 containers/minute. The IMPULSE-HT has many unique capabilities including: automatic teach mode, electronically controlled transfer stretch ratio, and servo-driven application technology.

Heat Transfer System for Pail Decoration

The United Silicone Heat Transfer Decorating Machine is designed specifically for high-speed application of multi-color heat transfer decals up to 355 degrees. Its unique design allows for adjustment to accommodate various bucket diameters, draft angles and height.
